If the page range you selected doesn't include any content it will automatically open the “Extract All” dialog. Use ‥‹Drag› to split your PDF. Now you can extract anything from your page. If you just want to make a copy of a page you can use ‥‹Copy››. If you copy a page to a new page, it will automatically add the new page range in the new PDF you created. You can also use ‥‹Create›› as long as the range you use is an existing one (not the original page range) that is being edited to split it into two-page ranges.
